My favorite pictures ^^

1.I really like this pic because you can see in it how relaxed they are enjoying their company and the fresh air of the mountains. I would like to joim them and be so relaxed like them.

2. I choose this second photo because I like how she is in kind of way protecting his food of the stranger who is taking the photo, I would kill for know what happens next, maybe she jumps over the photographer, who knows.














3. This last picture it's the one I like the most, in it you can see a baby elephant who is playing the ball with his carer, I really love how his ears are, and he looks so expectant almost like a child.

I like this video because I find so awesome the camouflage ability of the octopus, they change colors so fast that is super cool to watch it, also I think that octopuses are a great animal to study because they are very interesting.

I loooooove this video, those cape seals are having so much fun jumping (it's awesome how they come out of the water) around and swimming. It would be the best day of my life If I could be there.

Why do I want to be a vet?

My dreamed job when I was a kid, was always being a veterinarian. I grown up surrounded with dogs and cats and I always saw them as something that should be loved and taken care of.
Over the years I was changing of idea, then I wanted to be a dentist and then I liked the idea of become a doctor, but was all about the money.

The last year I was so confused about what to study, but at the end of November when I finally realized that the money isn't everything, I choose my dreamed job of when I was a kid, and this decision was the best decision ever.

I decided to become a veterinarian because I think that in Chile we are very under develop country about the care of animals and I want to make a difference, and try to change step by step this problems.

My experience at the university has been good, I'm very happy with being here studying something that I like, the people is very nice and I already love the friends I made here :).

I'm not sure of what kind of job I want but the idea of working with animals makes me already happy.

I remember my dad is who took this photo. It was a summer where my aunt and cousin from Concepción visited us, they barely knew the beach so we took them to "Puerto Viejo" located to one hour trip in car from Copiapó, it’s kinda ugly but the beach is really great.
I remember when my father sayed "Why we don't bring Bongo with us?" I was so so so happy, it was going to be Bongo first trip to the beach.
In the photo you can see Bongo resting and enjoying the fresh air of the beach after he ran, swam and tried to drink all the water of the sea (obviously we don’t let him). 
I really love this photo because you can see him so happy almost smiling. I enjoy remembering that day and remembering him like that, young, happy and giving all the love he could.

About Cows:

1. What are the  5 most common pathologies of cows?

Bluetongue (BTV):The disease is characterised by fever, widespread haemorrhages of the oral and nasal tissue, excessive salivation, and nasal discharge. The virus cannot be transmitted between susceptible animals without the presence of the insect carriers.

Acetonaemia (Ketosis): Ketosis is a metabolic disorder that occurs in cattle when energy demands (e.g. high milk production) exceed energy intake and result in a negative energy balance. Symptoms are reduce milk yield, weight loss, reduced apetite, amount others.
Brucellosis: Disease that occurs from contact with animals carrying Brucella bacteria, Symptoms are abortion, stillborn, weak calf born, retention of fetal membranes, amount others. Also no treatment is available, which makes detection and prevention essential.

Mastitis: Is the inflammation of the mammary gland and udder tissue. It usually occurs as an immune response to bacterial invasion of the teat canal by variety of bacterial sources present on the farm .
Bovine Viral Diarhoea (BVD): BVD is a common cause of respiratory and reproductive issues in the herd. In adults, clinical signs are highly variable. Signs of acute infection include fever, lethargy, loss of appetite, ocular dishcharge, nasal dischargem oral lesions, diarrhea and decreasing milk production. Once identified, infected animals should be culled.

I choose pigs so I choose this website because is very entertaining, interative and all the information necesary for had a good management and knowledge about pigs is there. I know is for kids but I think that works for all kind of age and National Geografic is a reliable source.

My life's main events

August 21, 1997.
I was born in Copiapó, Chile. I'm the youngest of the family, with two brothers and one sister.
 Here I'm like 4 months old. In the photo I'm with my two brothers, my mom who is holding me and my grandmother.


March 2004
Me in primary school, I remember that before my first day I cut my hair and I didn't like it at all.

This photo is from April 27, "Día de los carabineros". Here you can see my ugly short hair.

January 2005
Bongo came to us <3 (He was already two years).
He is a cocker spaniel ingles, this dog was very important to me because he live's 13 years and that means a long period of my life. In 23 march of 2015 Bongo passed away :(. (I really miss him)



July 2010
My older brother get married in Iquique because the family of my sister-in-law lives there. It was a nice and fun party and I think I enjoyed more than my brother xD. 



July 2012
I visit my sister who lives in USA :DDD
Me and my mother went to visit my sister to Rochester, NY. She lives there a long time ago, like 12 years. She get married with a american citizen and now she do maths class in Rochester.

We spend two days on Ney York city, I really, really enjoy that trip and all I want is come back.



December 2015
I graduate from highschool.

I was so happy but in this photo don't look like that xD

My other brother get married in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

It was a rainy day so we spend all the time inside of the premises.

I started to studying Veterinary at the Universidad de Chile!!
I don't had any photo :(, but this one is related with the love I feel for animals.

What it is my favorite object?

My favorite object is Dance Dance Revolution (DDR) it's a music and rhytnm game were you have a dance platform  and hit colored arrows laid out in a cross with your feet to musical and visual cues. It has really good songs to play too.

I don't have one because are too expensive, it can cost $300 USD or more, and you really need a big space to put it because the arcade machine consist of two parts in the screen and dance plataform, both of which use a lot of space.

I try to go to the "Dianas" of San Diego in the weekends, in there they have different arcade games and also have two DDR <3 and one Pump it up which is similar but the dance platform is diferrent.
If you pay $400 CLP you can play 3 songs or 4 if you have a AA in the last one, that is a full combo with 80 percent of perfects or somewhere around that area.

I like it because it's an active videogame that is challenging and demanding for your body, I like the music and it's a lot of fun.

My life will be really boring without it because I like spend time playing it and I forget of everything too. Also it's a good cardio exercise xD.
